Greggdalf and Dumbledad

Yes. Dale Hollow has wizards. For those of you who have yet to venture into the fictional worlds of literature and movies featuring wizards; I apologize, you have missed out on a essential part of the real world. Here’s a quick synopsis of their attributes:

  1. Wise
  2. Magical
  3. Mastery of facial hair
  4. Fond appreciation of strong drinks in large goblets
  5. Rare ability to open wine bottles without a corkscrew

Oh, say, what’s that in the winery?

Able to drywall and texture in a jiffy:

Sorry ladies- as much as it looks like, this isn’t George Strait at Dale Hollow

To paint walls with a single swoop of the brush:

To lay on the bathroom floor with his uncle for some glorious male bonding time and plumb a toilet; possibly the last time they will get to share this moment in this room:

A carpenter? A drywall guy? A painter or plumber? NO! It’s Greggdalf the Man-Skill Wizard. Also pictured is the aforementioned second wizard, Dumbledad, master of all things electrical and plumbing related. There are far fewer pictures of this character, he is incredibly nimble when a camera comes out.

That’s not to say the youngest Dale wasn’t involved. Dumbledad allowed him to wiggle around wires to figure out which ones went where, to hold a light when he needed it, and other really important stuff. This might be part of the problem:

Great progress is being made in both the winery building and the SECOND vineyard (more details to follow). It also appears that we are nearly approved to officially move the license to this new location and start making more wine (!!!!!!!!).

Until then, take a rest, sit a spell, read a little, and know that we are doing everything we can to have a full-fledged winery and vineyard operation for all to enjoy as soon as possible!
